Terms and Conditions:

* The Setup Fee includes 1 year hosting fee. From 2nd year onwards, the Package Subscription Fee would be: Web Silver - $10/Month, Web Gold - $15/Month, eGold - $15/Month, Web Platinum - $20/Month, ePlatinum - $20/Month, which needs to be paid for a minimum of 1 year in advance (Web Silver - $120, Web Gold - $180, eGold - $180, Web Platinum - $240, ePlatinum - $240).

  • Once ALL content, images, graphics, etc. are uploaded by the client through CMS, Twisted Tree Media will start designing the website. This package price is based on our template gallery.
  • Customers need to choose a template from the gallery forTwisted Tree Media to implement the site.
  • If customers need any changes in the chosen template, Twisted Tree Media will charge at $100 per hour to implement the changes.
  • If customers do not like any templates from the gallery, Twisted Tree Media can design customized websites and the charges would be as follows:
    • For re-usable designs (Customer will NOT own the design, Twisted Tree Media can re-use the same for other customers) - $200 for 1 home page & 1 inner page.
    • For unique designs (Customer will own the design, Twisted Tree Media will NOT re-use the same) - $995 for 1 home page & 1 inner page.

** Included with Setup Fee and available if hosted with Twisted Tree Media only. Support & Hosting is only sold with web design packages.

*** Client should have financial accounts, e.g., Authorize.Net, PayPal, etc., for integration. Any other merchant account (other than Authorize.net and PayPal) integration cost will depend upon the complexity of the integration. Please ask for an estimate.

§ Customer needs to purchase third party chat application; Twisted Tree Media will integrate the chat link from customer site only.

Support Standard – 2 hours of monthly support including free hosting, no design changes allowed. For details please ask for our support package document.
Support Professional – 4 hours of monthly support including free hosting, no design changes allowed. For details please ask for our support package document.

# All optional modules are priced separately as per the Standard/Professional version of the modules and quoted based on client requirements.
